You Bridged the Gap! A Campaign Update

You – our donors and volunteers – are simply the best. We cannot miss the opportunity to celebrate you. 

When we launched the Bridge The Gap campaign, our goal was to raise $120,000. You quickly helped us exceed that number. More than 100 donors stepped up to give $174,149.91 in support of our home repair program. That’s incredible!

Unrestricted donations like these go a long way at a time when some funders’ resources have shifted away from home preservation efforts and more towards the construction of new affordable units.

We understand that your donations represent your trust in our ability to serve vulnerable homeowners and we are grateful. We cannot overstate the value of your investment in our program which strengthens homes and communities, and keeps Upstate families safe. 

We take your investment seriously. We are committed to identifying ways to improve the efficiency of our internal processes and seeking new funding opportunities. We will also continue to engage our community in fundraising and advocacy efforts so that our neighbors in need can get the critical repairs that they need to preserve their homes. 

We always welcome opportunities for community members to bring home repair funds to the table. Since 2022, more than 25 businesses and churches have sponsored repair projects with Rebuild Upstate combining funds and labor together to increase impact.
