Behind the Scenes: Warehouse Tour with Dennis

This year we did something bold—we bought a warehouse and launched the Building On The Foundation campaign to help us get it set up for success.

This 6,000-square-foot facility will serve as the foundation for growing our impact, enabling us to store, organize, and distribute essential tools and materials more efficiently. With this new space, we can scale our operations, respond more swiftly to urgent repair needs, and provide volunteers with the necessary resources to succeed.

You’ve seen the blueprints, now join us for a virtual tour with Ramp Project Manager, Dennis Beck.

The warehouse equips us with the space to support our programs more effectively. First and foremost, it gives us much more storage than we currently have access to. We now have the space to store donated materials like pressure-treated lumber and plumbing supplies and a place to keep our new reusable metal ramps for neighbors who need a quick, short-term ramp solution. Want to donate materials in bulk? Email Rosey at [email protected]

It also grants us the space to host volunteer trainings, allowing seasoned volunteers to sharpen their build-day skills and new volunteers to get a feel for typical repair tasks.

More space for materials, more space for training, more space for collaboration, and more space for us to better serve our neighbors.

It’s more than just a warehouse—it’s a hub for building hope, restoring dignity, and empowering families. By investing in this facility, we are making a lasting commitment to the future of home repair, ensuring that we can continue serving our community for years to come.

This never would have been possible without your help. Interested in how you can continue to support our warehouse operations? Learn more here.
