Jake Beaty
I have lived in the Upstate of South Carolina my entire life. I love the communities and the people that call the Upstate their home. For the last 20 years, I have had the privilege of helping to build a large non-profit ministry. During that time, I led and trained staff members and volunteers, I helped to provide financial assistance to members of the community, and I worked on several disaster relief projects throughout the south east. I also vetted and partnered with many local and foreign nonprofits, and was blessed to travel and lead trips to 11 different countries to help with humanitarian aid.
It is such an honor to have the opportunity to work and serve with Rebuild Upstate. I hope to be able to take my previous experience and apply it to the mission of helping our neighbors through home preservation. I look forward to working with our staff, volunteers and partners as we continue to advance the vision of having an Upstate where everyone has the opportunity to live a life of dignity in a safe home environment in order to maintain and foster strong, sustainable communities.
