Double Your Impact: A Special Message from CEO Jake Beaty
We’re on the brink of completing our goal. You can help us cross the finish line.
In a recent video message, I shared an exciting opportunity: a generous $20,000 matching gift has been pledged to help us complete funding for our new warehouse as part of the Building on the Foundation capital campaign.
We’re so very close to completely paying for our warehouse. Right now, you have an awesome opportunity to help us get there. An anonymous donor has contributed $20,000, and they’d like to see us match their gift dollar for dollar.
This warehouse is more than just a storage facility. It’s the foundation for critical home repairs that change lives across the Upstate.
The warehouse, which was purchased in 2024, has been in use and is already contributing to programmatic growth. In recent months, we’ve been moving in. We’ve been organizing tools and supplies and envisioning our dream repair facility. During this time, home repairs haven’t stopped. While we’ve worked on a lot of homes, we’ve also worked on the warehouse itself and the renovations we need to make it work for us.
I continue to be amazed by the donors, volunteers, and advocates who show up to help neighbors Upstate live in safe and healthy homes. When you help us protect homes, you also help us protect the families living inside.
Warehouse renovations begin next week. We’ll be bringing you along each step of the way. Your donations are helping make these updates possible.
Be Part of the Neighbor Wall
All gifts of $250 or more will be recognized on our Neighbor Wall, a visible, lasting tribute inside the warehouse honoring those who chose to invest in something bigger than themselves.
This warehouse isn’t just about tools and materials. It’s about creating space for hope, for dignity, and for families to thrive. And now, your gift goes twice as far. I invite you to donate today.
Will you help us reach the finish line?
Make your gift today and double your impact.
Together, we’re not just building a warehouse. We’re building a future, one safe, healthy home at a time.
Every donation we receive helps us maintain our program today and plan for growth tomorrow.
With heartfelt gratitude,

Jake Beaty, CEO
