NAI Earle Furman sponsors ramp build to support Rebuild Upstate

GREENVILLE, SC — Volunteers from NAI Earle Furman, a commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm in the Upstate, recently came together to build a new deck and ramp for a local homeowner.

Rebuild Upstate, a local nonprofit that serves low-income homeowners in the Upstate, relies on generous volunteers like NAI Earle Furman to assist us in our mission. Volunteers spent the day demolishing the original stairs and deck before building a new, safer deck and ramp, ensuring this homeowner can now enter and exit their home safely.

Rebuild Upstate CEO, Jake Beaty, says, “We are so grateful for the support of NAI Earle Furman in helping us serve this homeowner. When local businesses donate their time and money to help us complete a project, it creates a tangible, lasting impact.”

Nearly half of the ramps installed last year by our program were sponsored by local businesses or community groups, and many of those sponsors brought both funds and volunteers to complete critical repair projects. Most build day sponsors are small, locally-owned businesses choosing to invest their hard-earned money back into the community where they live and work.

“Getting to build this ramp together as a team, knowing it was going to serve a local homeowner in need, was an honor,” said Jason Dennis, Operations Director of NAI Earle Furman. “NAI Earle Furman is proud to know we’re leaving a lasting impact in our community.”

Each year, thousands of volunteers help us live out our mission. Our generous volunteers perform critical repairs for our neighbors while having fun and sharing hope with each homeowner along the way. We couldn’t do what we do without volunteers, so we make it as easy as possible for you or your group to start volunteering. Interested in getting your business involved?
