City Declares Rebuild Upstate Week 4.27.15 The City of Greenville has declared the week of April 27 “Rebuild Upstate Week” in honor of the organization’s new name and dedication to serving the community. Mayor Knox White delivered a proclamation making it official. The proclamation reads:
